Trump Says Banks Will Lend Only For Foreclosures

Trump says about banks,

…take one of the hundreds of thousands of [foreclosed] houses away from them, and they’ll provide the financing.”

He said that speaking on CNBC. He also talked about buying a home now,

It’s an amazing time to buy. This is the best time I’ve ever seen to buy both real estate and probably other things. This is one of the great opportunities.

Buy a foreclosure now is what Donald Trump is saying.

No Foreclosure - Average Guy Stay Away

Daytona Beach foreclosures listed tally 160 in the MLS this morning. Include all distressed properties and the number booms to 640. You can bet there’s more because not all listings are coded properly in the MLS. Distressed properties include foreclosures, short sales, in foreclosure and HUD/VA owned properties.

Daytona Beach Real Estate - What’s Selling

Distressed properties are over 65% of sales in the Daytona Beach real estate market.

Short Sales and foreclosures (REO) account for most of the distressed sales.

The action is in this market because bargain hunters are buying. Sales under $200,000 account for over 75% of sales in the Daytona Beach MLS. Include homes and condos under $300,000 and you have over 90% of sales.

Sales are up in the Daytona Beach MLS by over 24% for the first quarter of 2009 compared against the same period in 2008. More people are buying.

This site will be devoted to foreclosures in Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Port Orange and the surrounding areas.
